I had a very pleasant stay. The lady who is running the place is very friendly and helpful in each sense of the word.I will certainly look forward staying again!

The value for our money at this hotel was excellent. The room had a beautiful view of the lagoon and the location was perfect, close to everything but away from the noise. The staff at Lagoon Lodge were friendly, accommodating, and provided outstanding service.

The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to provide mugs for coffee instead of shallow cups.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect - situated in a nice quiet area just outside of town, but still close to everything we wanted to explore. The rooms, with their own private balcony overlooking the lagoon, were comfortable and well-appointed with attention to detail. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. And of course, the breakfast with the most fantastic view over the lagoon was the perfect way to start our day.

Everything was just right, no improvements necessary.

Location is too far out of town.There are no bar facilities. Staff only available by phone after six pm. Internnet pictures do not portray a true image of the hotel . Although the breakfast was good the dining room facilities where spread to be inconvenient.

The staff and hosts were amazing - friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good. Very good value for money!

It didnt have wi-fi which i think is important. Was also quite close to the main road so there was some traffic noise but not enough to be a problem

Located in a quiet area just outside of town, this hotel offered easy access to everything I wanted to explore. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the facilities were impressive. The staff provided great transportation options and parking was convenient. The breakfast was fantastic, giving me a great start to my day.

I was blown away by this hotel! the location is perfect - in a nice quiet area just outside of town but still close to everything we wanted to explore. The rooms were amazing, especially mine with a beautiful view over the lagoon and my own private balcony. The breakfast by Apple on the deck with the most fantastic view was the perfect way to start my day. I can't wait to go back!

Best Stay in Knysna During Easter Holidays

We had a few issues during our stay. The location was close to the main road, which made it a bit noisy during the day.

There was no heater in the room. It would have been lovely to have a nice warm room, especially when getting out of or into bed

I had the most amazing stay at a cozy lodge with breathtaking views. The room was a bit chilly in winter, but the beautiful lagoon view made up for it. The host was incredibly friendly and gave us helpful recommendations for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and a pleasant surprise for a self-catering apartment. I highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, friendly service, and stunning scenery.
